Guidelines
!allowbuild
- Allow a player to build who was mistakingly denied building rights.
- If the !denybuild was issued by an administrator other than yourself then discuss it with them.
!ban
- Ban a player for breaking a rule that is listed on the penalties page.
!buildlog
- Investigate who constructed/deconstructed a structure when fowl-play is suspected.
- Obtain building ID(s) to !revert.
- Personal use of !buildlog is not welcome.
!cancelvote
- Cancel an unfair vote against another player so that you can investigate the issue fully.
- Swaying polls in your favour is not welcome.
!cp
- Make event-related announcements relating to an official event, or inform players of server-related changes.
- Personal use of !cp is not welcome.
!denybuild
- Remove a player's building rights for the remainder of the match if a player is found to be intentionally building poorly.
!designate
- Grant a trusted guest the ability to deconstruct.
- This is usually for players who do not have a GUID and therefore cannot receive level 1.
!devmap
- Test a map or base when the server is empty (except for yourself and optionally a friend to assist in testing).
- If additional players connect then a !map command must be executed instantaneously.
!drop
- Disconnect an inactive spectator from the server when the server has no free slots.
- Using this command against an active player is not welcome.
!kick
- Disconnect a player from the server for 2 minutes for breaking a penalty listed on the penalties page.
!L0
- Set a player to level 0 when their GUID has changed and they are no longer able to use their old name.
!L1
- Set a trusted player to level 1, which will allow them to vote and deconstruct.
!lock
- Lock a team when it has no remaining spawns so that infinite players can join the opposing team and finish the game quicker.
- All of the remaining spawned players on the team that is going to be locked must agree to have their team locked.
!map
- Change the active map when either the server is empty (excluding yourself), or the server has stopped functioning normally (in attempt to fix it).
!mute
- Disallow a player to communicate with other players for either a specified duration or for the remainder of the match.
- Ideally this should only be used for extreme circumstances.
- If you feel that a player's messages are excessive/abusive/racist then call a vote to mute them, keeping in mind that this is the internet.
!pause
- Pause the game in order to resolve a pre-confirmed malicious deconstruction.
!putteam
- Lock a player to the spectator team under circumstances in which they significantly affect normal gameplay.
- If the teams are unbalanced then ideally players will solve it themselves without the use of this command.
- Using !putteam for personal use is not welcome.
!rename
- Change the name of a player who is:
- Posing as another player.
- Posing as a member of a clan that they are not in.
- Partaking in an official event that requires custom names.
- If you believe a player is posing as a member of a clan they are not in, then you must confirm it with the clan leader to be certain.
- If you feel that a player's name is abusive then ignore it and remember that this is the internet.
!restart
- Restart the current map in planned official events, or when there aren't many players online and they agree to it.
!revert
- Revert a structure that has been confirmed to be deconstructed with ill intent.
!unban
- Unban a mistakingly banned player.
- If the ban was issued by another administrator then confirm with either a Server Manager or Server Operator first.
!unmute
- Unmute a player who was either unfairly muted by a vote or mistakingly muted.
- If the !mute was issued by an administrator other than yourself and they are still online then you should discuss it with them.
!voteon
- Enable votes if they were mistakingly turned off.
- If votes were disabled by an administrator other than yourself and they are still online then you should discuss it with them.
!voteoff
- Disable votes for the remainder of the match if excessive votes have been called.
!warn
- Warn a player who has broken a penalty that is listed on the penalties page.
- Any other use of !warn is not welcome unless you are unable to communicate an issue using private messages because the player has used /ignore against you.
